On today's show we're looking at type 2 Diabetes and how our diet choices can prevent this silent epidemic rampant in our Western culture. Type 2 diabetes is a modern day disease, due mainly in part to a poor Western diet. It can be directly linked to obesity and the consumption of excessive amounts of processed foods high in salt, fat and sugar.
