About the Show
The Emily of New Moon series of videos is based on the trio of Emily books written by Prince Edward Island author, Lucy Maude Montgomery. This series, from Salter Films, follows orphaned Emily Bird Starr through adolescence into young womanhood. Emily handles the challenges of growing up in the 1890's with poise beyond her years and an uncanny ability to complicate the lives of those around her in a wonderful way.
