VIVA is a specialty network that is currently not available outside of Canada. We are available through affiliated cable and satellite companies in Canada only.

Why do you have educational introductions at the start of your programs?
VIVA works with many universities and colleges across Canada to bring you great programming that enhances the learning experience and supports a passion for discovery. The introductions included with our programs are written and hosted by educators affiliated with a variety of post-secondary courses. These segments provide context for the upcoming episode while connecting VIVA’s programming with actual course curriculum.

Where can I find contact information and/or information related to a show that’s no longer airing?
We generally can’t maintain information on programs that no longer included in our schedule. Keep up to speed on our current VIVA programming line-up by visiting our DAILY SCHEDULE.
Why can't I find some recipes?
Any available recipes can be found in our VIVA Cuisine section of our website. Select RECIPES from the navigation bar on our home page. Please note that we can only post those recipes which are currently available to us. Be assured that we are continually working to add more recipes to this section, however, keep in mind we may not have access to every recipe. Keep checking back for more updates!

It is not uncommon for broadcasters to modify programming schedules from time to time. Please remember that for a variety of reasons, all schedules are subject to change without notice. For your convenience, up-to-date schedule information can always be found on our DAILY SCHEDULE.
I saw a great program but missed part of it. How can I find out if it will air again?
Refer to our DAILY SCHEDULE for updated schedule information and potential repeat air dates.
Can I order a copy of a Program or DVD?
VIVA does not offer this type of service. However, you might want to check our DAILY SCHEDULE for potential repeat air dates.
Is it possible to order a DVD of In Shape with Sharon Mann?
Currently, episodes of In Shape with Sharon Mann aren’t available for purchase. However, a selection of Sharon Mann’s fitness DVD’s can been ordered online by visiting the sharonmann.com website or sending an email to: talktosharon@sharonmann.com
