Ingredients:

  • Scallops 12
  • Unsalted Butter at room temperature
  • Olive oil
  • Grated lemon zest
  • Fresh parsley
  • Walnuts

Directions:

  1. Heat frying pan, add O.O. and butter and then sear scallops over medium high heat (2-3 minutes per side).
  2. Add walnuts and serve with fresh lemon zest and fresh flat leaf parsley
  3. Serve immediately!!! ENJOY. Serves four...
