Episode #1 - Karl and Johanna
Ingredients:
- Scallops 12
- Unsalted Butter at room temperature
- Olive oil
- Grated lemon zest
- Fresh parsley
- Walnuts
Directions:
- Heat frying pan, add O.O. and butter and then sear scallops over medium high heat (2-3 minutes per side).
- Add walnuts and serve with fresh lemon zest and fresh flat leaf parsley
- Serve immediately!!! ENJOY. Serves four...
